Pizza Rolls

These rolls are a cute and fun variation of pizza. They also taste great on the next day as a quick, cold snack. If you don't like pepperoni or ham or both, just leave it out.

Ingredients (makes 10-12 pizza rolls):

1 package store-bought pizza dough
8 table spoons tomato sauce
150g grated cheese
12 small slices of pepperoni
2 slices of cooked ham
pickled green pepperoncini or other chilies
butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C/395°F. Line a 10" springform pan with parchement paper and butter the sides. Spread the pizza dough on a flat surface and put the tomate sauce, the pepperoni (on one half) and the ham (on the other half) on the pizza. Try to make it as flat as possible. Sprinkle on about half of the cheese and a few pepperoncini and then roll it up from the longer side. Brush on some water at the end to seal the big roll. Cut it into 10-12 pieces and place them inside the springform pan. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes, then sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and let it bake for another 10-15 minutes.

You can enjoy them both hot and cold :)
