Stuffed French Toast

I love warm breakfasts! And when there's the possibility of having eggs, crispy toast, salty ham and gooey melted cheese all in one, I'm all in for that. Stuffed French Toast is one of my favourite breakfast treats and here's how to make it:

You need (for two french toasts): 

4 slices of toast
1 large egg
2 slices of cooked ham
2 slices of cheddar cheese
4 table spoons of milk

Lighlty beat the egg and season it with salt and pepper. Stir in the milk. Heat some butter in a pan. Put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on two slices of toast and cover them with the other two slices. Then dip the top and the bottom side of the toasts in the milk-and-egg-mixture. When the pan is heated, fry each side of the stuffed toast until it is golden brown. Press it down with a spatula to make sure it is properly cooked. 

To serve, cut them in half so you can see the filling.
