Chicken Salad

Recently, this has become one of my favorite dishes, especially in the summer heat. 

You need (serves 1 hungry person or two as a side dish):

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of mustard
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/4 cucumber
1 bell pepper
75g chicken breast, grilled strips 
1/2 gem lettuce
1/3 ball of mozzarella

Combine the vinegar, the oil, the mustard and the honey in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken strips in a pan so they get hot and crispy. Cut the cucumber, the mozzarella and the bell pepper. Wash the salad and cut or rip it into medium-size pieces. 

Add the cucumber, the salad and the bell pepper. Combine everything with the dressing. Serve it with the chicken strips and the mozzarella chunks on top.

(In the picture, I added a hard-boiled egg because it was left over, but I wouldn't recommend it :D )
